Booking, deposit, cancellation and house terms.
These are here so nobody is surprised. If anything is unclear, ask before you book.
A date is held once a 50% deposit reaches us by Whish Money, sent to +961 78 880 543. The balance is paid on arrival. Until the deposit arrives, the date stays open to other guests.
Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 1:00 PM. If you need either moved, ask — we will do what we can.
The chalet sleeps four. Please tell us the real number when you book so we can set the place up properly.
Plans change. Tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to move your date rather than lose your deposit. A cancellation at short notice may mean the deposit is not returned, because by then the date is usually no longer sellable.
Please treat it as you would your own. Damage beyond normal use may be charged. No pets. No loud music after midnight, out of respect for the neighbours.
There is no lifeguard. Children in and around the pool are the responsibility of the adults with them.
